Field of application
It is designed for fast and efficient sampling of all agricultural grains. The Ecotec STANDART 270 automatic grain sampler ensures correct and fast sampling from vehicles over the entire height of the product bulk to the bottom.
Function
The two-flow probe of the Ecotec STANDART 270 is lowered into the grain to be sampled to the bottom of the vehicle body. It picks it up along the entire height of the embankment and sends the sample to the receiving hopper located in the laboratory using a vacuum turbine.
Accommodation
The Ecotec STANDART 270 is a free-standing sampler that can be mounted on a foundation. The operating range reaches 270° of rotation and covers diameters from 4.4 m to 8.8 m.How it works
The Ecotec STANDART 270 sampler is fully hydraulic! Thanks to the soft-start system developed by our company, the sampler will work smoothly, quickly and without unnecessary jerking. Hydraulic samplers do not require constant and expensive maintenance and are more reliable in operation! The Ecotec STANDART 270 is equipped with a heated 120 bar hydraulic station. Thanks to this power, 100% penetration of the sampling product of any moisture content is guaranteed, which is not the case with samplers from other manufacturers!
