Field of application
It is designed for fast and efficient sampling of all agricultural grain crops from long-haul grain trucks without moving them. The Ecotec RAIL automatic grain sampler ensures correct and fast sampling from long-haul vehicles over the entire height of the embankment.
Function
The sampler carriage moves along a 12-meter rail and, using a two-flow probe (included as standard), samples the grain along the entire height of the product bulk, then sends the sample to the receiving hopper using a vacuum turbine..
Accommodation.
The Ecotec RAIL sampler is typically mounted between weighbridges, either on the side of the weighbridge or in front of it on three columns that support a 12-meter hot-dip galvanized rail. The working range of the sampler is 350°, which allows sampling from double cargo streams. The working area of the sampler is 18.5 meters.
An exceptional feature.
The sampler carriage moves smoothly and quickly along a 12-meter-long galvanized rail and takes samples from long grain trucks of 16 and 14 meters in length without moving them and, most importantly, without measuring! Sampling is carried out from any point of the truck body. This model of equipment is equipped as standard with a carriage stabilization system, which allows for smooth movement along the rail without unnecessary jerking and oscillations.
How it works
The Ecotec RAIL sampler is fully hydraulic! Thanks to the soft-start system developed by our company, the sampler will work smoothly, quickly and without unnecessary jerking. Hydraulic samplers do not require constant and expensive maintenance and are more reliable in operation! The Ecotec RAIL is equipped with a heated 120 bar hydraulic station. Thanks to this power, 100% penetration of the sampling product of any moisture content is guaranteed, which is not the case with samplers from other manufacturers!
