Two-level slit probe
This probe works according to the method of a manual slit sampler and has no analogues in the world. It allows you to take a sample both from the entire height of the product pile and from just the lower half of the vehicle body with the product.
The system of touching the bottom of the body
If the sampler probe is immersed in the grain, the sampler automatically stops when the bottom of the vehicle body is examined. This system also prevents the sampler from hitting the vehicle's cross member.
System for returning excess samples
This system allows you to send excess product back to the truck body without wasting time. The system includes: a turbine, a hose, a hopper for receiving excess sample and a storage hopper for unloading grain into the truck.
Remote control panel
The remote control does not preclude the supply of the main stationary control panel. This remote control operates at a distance of up to one hundred meters, is small in size, and is equipped with all the necessary functions.

This system is designed to prevent rail icing in winter for regions with low temperatures. This system has no analogues in the world and works automatically.

Description:
The two-level slit probe is an innovative development that has no analogues in the world! Our company has developed, successfully tested and implemented a probe with a two-level grain sampling system for vehicles into the production process of the elevator.
How it works:
The probe is immersed in a point of the vehicle body with the product selected by the sampler operator to the very bottom. The operator then uses a button on the automatic sampler control panel to select the probe opening options:
- The first option is to open only the lower cells of half of the probe;
- The second option is to open the probe cells sequentially along the entire height of the product bulk.
First, the lower half of the cells opens, then the upper half. The sampling product naturally enters the inner chamber of the probe and closes. Then the sampled product is transported by a vacuum turbine to a receiving hopper installed in the company’s visualization laboratory.

Two-level slotted probes manufactured by our company are installed on all models of ECOTEC samplers, as well as on automatic samplers manufactured by other companies (Italian, German, French, etc.).
