Ecotec LEGO automatic sampler
Field of application
It is designed for fast and efficient sampling of all agricultural grain crops. The Ecotec LEGO Automatic Grain Sampler will ensure correct and fast sampling from vehicles over the entire height of the embankment.
Function
The dual-flow probe (included as standard) of the Ecotec LEGO sampler is lowered into the grain to be sampled to the bottom of the vehicle body. It picks it up along the entire height of the mound and sends the sample to the receiving hopper located in the laboratory using a vacuum turbine.
Accommodation
The Ecotec LEGO sampler is mounted separately on a foundation. The operating range reaches 350° of rotation and covers diameters from 4.4 m to 8.8 m.
An exceptional feature
This model of sampler can be easily and cost-effectively upgraded into an automatic grain sampler on a rail “Ecotec RAIL”. During the modernization, two additional columns for the rail, a 12-meter rail and equipment for moving the carriage of the unit along the rail will be installed.
How it works
The Ecotec LEGO sampler is fully hydraulic! Thanks to the soft start system developed by our company, the sampler will work smoothly, quickly and without unnecessary jerking. Hydraulic samplers do not require constant and expensive maintenance and are more reliable in operation! The Ecotec LEGO is equipped with a heated 120 bar hydraulic station. Thanks to this power, 100% penetration of the sampling product of any moisture content is guaranteed, which is not the case with samplers from other manufacturers!
